Happy Holidays from NEBR

Wishing the running community, friends and family a merry and bright holiday.

Crew runs will be on hiatus December 24, and 31, our first run (and sociable) of the new year will be on January 7.

Our hosts, North Brewing will be closed December 25 & 26 and January 1, otherwise you can catch them on their regular brewing and retail schedule for beer-shaped holiday spirits.

Stay safe while pacing those wintry sidewalks and we’ll see you in 2015.

Crew up for the last run of the year. Let’s cruise midtown with a classic rip that takes us up Almon Street and down Oxford, across Jubilee to Citadel Hill, then back up around the common to the north end.

Map the route here.

Leaving at 6PM sharp. Reminder that North Brewing Co. has kindly offered to stow gear while we run.

We’ll be on hiatus for December 24 and 31. Next time we roll out, we take on 2015 #strongertogether #alwaysontherun

December 10th Route

Let’s keep it true north and stomp our yard – up Agricola, looping around Merv Sullivan Park and back along Novalea/Gottigen. Make it a 4K by turning back at Duffus St.

And limber up to throw down on the Glebe Street Gutbuster – 0.3K, 70ft elevation gain, zero quit.

Let’s show the north how we roll.

December 3rd Route

Hurry hard. It’s the last sociable of the year and it’s sponsored by North Brewing Co. This week we’re switching it up with the Mayflower Curling Club and The Food Wolf hosting.

But first we’ve got fresh routes tracking from north to south and back again. Down Robie, across Coburg and up Oxford to Beech, Connolly and across Bayers to the Mayflower. Make it a 4K by short-cutting across Quinpool.

Let’s earn those k-dogs.

North End Bridge Runners Sociable: The Mayflower Edition

The holidays are coming on with fast feet. It’s the first week of December and our last sociable of the year - and it’s at a new locale.

The Mayflower Curling Club and The Food Wolf will be hosting our monthly sociables until spring starting with this week’s sociable on Wednesday, December 3 (route coming soon).

So let’s rip a north end 6K, then reminisce about this year’s mileage with the crew over the Mayflower ice sheets, with spicy k-dogs and a proper post-run kitchen party kindly sponsored by our good friends at North Brewing Co.

Good friends, hard kilometers, delicious beers and food for a hungry wolfpack- what’s not to love?
